By purchasing a Squarespace website template from Rebel Wryters Studio, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms are here to keep the process clear, protect our work, and make sure you understand exactly what is included with your purchase.

Our templates are designed for spa and wellness providers who want a strategic, professional website foundation they can customize inside Squarespace.

Template Purchase Terms

Template Access

After purchase, you’ll receive access instructions for your template and any included resources.

You are responsible for:

  • Following the setup instructions

  • Creating or maintaining your Squarespace account

  • Updating your own content, images, links, services, pricing, and policies

  • Connecting your own domain, payment processor, booking platform, or email marketing provider unless your package specifically includes help with those items

Client Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you add to your website, including:

  • Copy

  • Images

  • Testimonials

  • Service descriptions

  • Pricing

  • Policies

  • Legal pages

  • Claims about your services

  • Before-and-after images

  • Results-based marketing language

You are responsible for making sure your website content follows any applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and industry standards.

Photography Assets + AI Disclaimer

Any stock photography shown in the template is for demo purposes only and may be copyrighted by the original creator. These images are not included for your personal or commercial use. You are responsible for replacing them with your own photos or properly licensed images before publishing your website.

If your purchase includes bonus images, some or all of those images may be AI-generated. You are responsible for deciding whether to use them and for adding any AI-related disclaimers or policies to your own website if needed.

We are not responsible for any copyright, licensing, or legal issues that may result from your use of demo images, stock photos, or AI-generated images.

Results Disclaimer

Our templates are built to support a clearer, more strategic online presence.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • More bookings

  • Higher revenue

  • Better search rankings

  • Increased traffic

  • Client inquiries

  • Sales

  • Specific business outcomes

Your results depend on your business, offer, audience, pricing, traffic, marketing, follow-up, client experience, and how well you customize and use the template.

Updates to Templates

We can’t guarantee updates to templates or resources. If updates are provided, they may be delivered at our discretion.

If a template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.

Refund Policy

Once the template, files, instructions, or digital resources have been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

Support Policy

We’re happy to help with issues relating to the template itself as outlined below. Your purchase includes 30 days of template support via email from the date of purchase.

Support is available for questions related to:

  • Accessing your purchased template

  • Understanding how to use the included resources

  • Basic template setup questions

  • Clarifying instructions inside the template guide

  • Reporting template-related issues or broken included links

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to help with the following:

  • Custom design work

  • Custom coding

  • Full website strategy

  • Copywriting (unless paid for separately if available)

  • Custom SEO setup beyond what is included in the product

  • Tech setup for third-party tools (unless paid for separately if available)

  • Troubleshooting general Squarespace issues or questions

  • Help after you significantly modify the template

  • Support for Canva, Acuity, ConvertKit, Flodesk, Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party platforms

If you need help beyond basic support, you may purchase template customization, setup support, or a copy review if available.

Support Timeline

We offer support via email (hello@rebelwrytersmedia.com) and aim to respond within 48-hours, Mon - Fri.

We do not provide emergency support, live chat support, phone support, Zoom support, or same-day support for template purchases.

Right to Refuse Support

Rebel Wryters Studio reserves the right to decline or refuse support at any time. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to:

  • The request is outside the included support scope

  • The 30-day support window has ended

  • The template has been heavily modified

  • The issue is caused by a third-party platform

  • The request involves custom work not included in the purchase

  • Communication is abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate

Copyright + Licensing Policies

Template License

Your template purchase includes a single-use license.

That means:

  • You may use the template for one business or one website

  • You may customize it for your own brand

  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, gift, or copy the template, graphics, files or other design assets with anyone else or claim the aforementioned as your own original design

  • You may not use the template to create websites for clients unless you have written permission or have purchased the appropriate license if available

Each new business, client, or website requires a separate template purchase.

Intellectual Property

All template designs, layouts, resources, copy prompts, guides, and included materials (excluding any stock photos from stock photo sites and pre-made graphics in Canva) remain the intellectual property of Rebel Wryters Studio with full rights, unless otherwise stated.

You receive permission to use the purchased materials for your own website, but you do not own the original template design or supporting resources.

Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media or email marketing for demonstration and promotional purposes.

Other Important Information

Squarespace Account Responsibility

Our templates are built for Squarespace.

You are responsible for:

  • Creating your Squarespace account

  • Paying Squarespace subscription fees

  • Understanding Squarespace’s platform limitations

  • Maintaining your website after setup

  • Managing billing, hosting, domains, and account access

We are not responsible for changes Squarespace makes to its platform, pricing, features, editor, integrations, or policies.

The term "Squarespace" is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc. This website and it’s products are not affiliated with Squarespace, Inc.

Canva Asset Responsibility

If Canva assets are included with your purchase, you are responsible for:

  • Creating or maintaining your Canva account

  • Editing Canva templates for your own brand

  • Replacing placeholder text, images, colors, and graphics

  • Confirming whether any Canva Pro elements require a paid Canva plan

We are not responsible for Canva platform changes, licensing updates, or missing third-party assets.
